Meet Justin Webb

Born in Texarkana, Justin Webb has quite a few places that he can call home. He graduated from high school in Tyler, Texas in 2000 and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps in 2001. He was completing his MOS training in September 2001 when the United States was attacked on 9/11.
